What to expect
A relaxed, hands-on afternoon with me and my mum in our Hackney kitchen
We cover essential ingredients, the yin and yang of Vietnamese cooking, and how to balance flavours instinctively
You'll roll summer rolls, fry bánh xèo, make dipping sauces and prep fresh herbs and vegetables
We eat together throughout — tasting is how you really learn
You'll leave knowing how to recreate these dishes confidently at home
