The menu changes seasonally and celebrates the full breadth of Vietnamese cooking — fragrant broths, vibrant salads, slow-cooked meats, fresh herbs and sweet desserts. Everything is made from scratch on the day.

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking
Vegetarians welcome — please specify whether you eat fish, seafood or fish sauce as seasoning
No fussy eaters please
Cancellations: life happens, but please give as much notice as possible — last minute cancellations mean a seat goes unfilled. If you do need to cancel close to the date, a donation towards ingredients is appreciated
